Well Dan isnt required to trust any of the UESers, he only has to trust Serena and she continously demonstrates a lack of smarts that makes it hard for him to trust her. Look at what she did with Gab at the end of the season. Besides I wouldnt say Dan doesnt trust the UESers, I just think Dan in general has a certain cynism towards people, lol. I cant blame him though, people are devious or manipulative for the most part.

I dont think Jenny is useless, I like her. I only think Vanessa is kinda useless to the show since they didnt write anything for her except spoiling peoples happiness

Dan has evolved a lot this season for me though I do admit he still has a lot of flaws but if he didnt then he would be pretty uninteresting, lol.
