1. Where would you want to be picked up? The airport? I am sure that could be arranged 
2. You'll have to pay within the next to weeks if you sign up.
If you want to sign up, you'll have to PM me and state that you want to sign up & that you are 18. Afterwards you'll receive a PM confirming your registration. Another one will follow with banking details, so you can transfer the money.
I am not exactly sure what you want to be honest beside the confirmation PM?
