I didn't know you were of Asian origin. From where, if you don't mind me asking?
I'm Filipino combined with Portuguese, Spanish, Flemish, and Chinese.

My mom is Egyptian, but my dad is Quebecker, so I have the French name and the white skin. I have never lived any discrimination, thank God, but some of my cousins did during the 9-11 aftermath.
Wow, that's an interesting combination and I'm sure you're beautiful. Escaping discrimination is a wonderful thing. That's why I question those who readily claim it so quickly as having really suffered it.

Racist repulse me, but I hate when people like IW use it to further its cause.
Having experienced racial and gender discrimination I felt TR's reactions were authentic as I went trhough similar emotions. When you're subjected to bigotry it's an attack so personal and painful that recounting it is difficult. Amongst the myriad of feelings is disempowerment. In this society we value the self-made person and to have a major obstacle placed on your freedoms, especially for something you can't help, makes you feel weak. Although it's irrational your anger turns inward.

When I saw him on Ellen barely able to talk through his ordeal. He was stammering and at the end he was slumped in his seat, exhausted. Did anyone notice the long, awkward pause between the retelling and the next subject? That's the classic response to being harassed.

In contrast in IW's Larry King interview his tone was strangely detached despite his obvious anger. It's as if he never actually endured any of these so-called abuses. Of course, there was his petulant attitude and his contradictory statements that give a dubiousness to the whole proceedings.

Perez is siding with IW? Wow, I guess those losers who say TR and Katie went to him are going to be shut up now
They should've shut up a long time ago because Perez has continually bashed both of them over the years. Where do they get the idea that he adores them?

Quote:
Wait, Perez Hilton is siding with IW? I'm confused, isn't PH gay or is that some other dude?
Perez is gay but that doesn't mean he doesn't harbor hypocritical and homophobic tendencies himself. One problem I've always had with him is when a male celebrity was criticized for terrible behavior he called them "c************s" and drew semen dripping from the corners of their mouths. This is prejudicial to put a negative slant on a certain act performed by women and gay men. When he lambastes gay celebrities his language and imagery irrelevantly harkens back to their sexuality as if they're bad because they're gay.

He's also hypocritical in that he pans certain celebrities for not coming out but actively aids in hiding others' homosexuality. the trick is whether your representatives are willing to "cooperate" with him.

Wow, TR looks so sad there. What's going on?
I don't know but here's the set it came in. He looks pensive throughout. Maybe he was asked a sensitive question. There's no caption so I'm unsure of the event. Gazing into those sad eyes don't you want to hold him tight?

I really wish I could do my driving test, but I'm so scared of failing that I never go. I guess I was very good at school and if I failed, I would feel like a failure.
I got my license later than usual for an Angeleno at 20 rather than 16 because I was intimidated by the driving in the city. As you keep practicing and it becomes less daunting. Besides you'd have to help your mom navigate through LA if you can see his play.

There was an article about TRK's departure in TV Guide this week. They pretty much said what some of us have been thinking. That Shonda Rimes seemed to fall out of love with the character. And that her excuse for not writing him this season doesn't seem true.
Thanks for the info. I'm going to rush out and buy that. It's time for any major publication to acknowledge the unfairness of George's passing.

Here's TR's horoscope:

Quote:
T.R. Knight has become famous as a sweet, young doctor on the hit TV series 'Grey's Anatomy,' which shows just what a good actor he is. Born March 26, 1973 in Minneapolis, T.R. may be a pussycat at times, but he's also got the chart of a tiger, and is likely to show off his talents in much more intense roles in the future. T.R. is an Aries, the fiery first sign of the zodiac that's not generally known for being gentle. Venus, the planet of love and pleasure, was conjunct the Sun at the moment of his birth, though, adding charm and social skills to his personality. Independent Aries can sometimes be aggressive and often isn't concerned with what others think, but attractive and sensitive Venus so close to T.R.'s Sun makes him more of an artist than a typical Aries warrior.

Still, the soft and fuzzy Dr. O'Malley hides an iron will that took T.R. from the Midwest to Manhattan, where he earned success on the New York stage before making his mark on television. Mars is the planet associated with Aries, and T.R.'s is in ambitious and hard-working Capricorn, a mark of persistence that gives him the determination to overcome almost any obstacle. There's toughness in this sign that helps him cast aside doubt and disappointment, and push himself higher and higher professionally. It's likely that T.R. also has his Moon, the planet of mood and habit, in Capricorn. This would indicate commitment, maturity and an intense work ethic supported by Mars' presence in the same sign. Powerful Pluto opposes T.R.'s Sun and Venus, adding a passion and intensity that are perfect for his chosen craft. The cherubic looking actor may only be 5'8", but the prominence of dark Pluto in his chart would make him a great villain. Yes, Dr. O'Malley can be scary if the part calls for it!

Acting is the art of illusion, a world of fantasy in the midst of a cut-throat business for which T.R. Knight is perfectly suited. Artistic Venus forms a harmonious 120-degree trine with imaginative Neptune, enriching his acting with a virtually unlimited range of expression. The chameleon-like qualities of Neptune allow him to bend and shape his personality to a wide variety of roles. On the romantic front, Venus trine Neptune suggests that T.R. may really be a sweetie when it comes to love. His partner better support his career, though, and be willing to sacrifice personal time for professional opportunities. T.R. may be cuddly, but he means business … and in his life, work comes first.

T.R. Knight's fame came with his role as the gentle Dr. George O'Malley on 'Grey's Anatomy.' In real life, the actor's a fiery Aries with the will and stamina provided by strong planets in Capricorn … making him much tougher than he looks.
