Thanks everyone for the warm regards for my mom. She's okay after her second surgery. I just have to nudge her into doing more exercise. That's part of the impetus for the pug. If we had one she's more motivated to go out on walks. It's only a matter of convincing my dad. Then we'll find our little George O' Malley.

Speaking of pics with Ellen. Just Jared put these up of them furniture shopping. TR looks fantastic in navy tee, which happily shows his form and his nice arms. There's some growth in his hair and it's his natural color. Mostly they look happy.

Funny that Perez is brought up, because I heard he's in a huge spat with that Will.I.Am from the Black Eyed Peas. Something about a black eye, Fergie, blah blah. I don't know too terribly much about Perez, but what you posted about him saying those things about T.R., Katie and her mom makes me have a strong disliking towards him
The incident with the Black-Eyed Peas exemplifies Perez's duplicity. First he blogged that Will.i.am punched him severely and he had to go to the hospital. Later it was revealed the band's road manager, Polo Molina, was the one who hit him. It was even caught on videotape and it was a moderate blow that didn't require medical aid. Furthermore he was taunting Will by calling him the "F-word." GLAAD and most of the LGBT felt while they don't condone violence gay baiting is unacceptable even from another gay person.

This prompted Perez to now align with IW. Apparently the former is launching a campaign to get him back on GA. Good luck with that. I have mixed feelings but mainly I'm tired of IW rehashing the controversy with lies and constant denigration of TR. Even IW's publicist gives false and contradictory accounts of the incident to exonerate his client. I have a first hand story of this but it's so ugly it'll have to be a private discussion for those interested. Also I have heard that harassment from irate IW fans extended to TR's family. Again this is going to be a private conversation. It bothers me how Perez and IW have no regard for the consequences of their words and actions.

In regards to KH he fabricated reports that she was a diva on the set of Five Killers. The problem is he wrote this in mid-Feb when she was still filming GA episodes. He dragged her mother, Nancy, into the tirade by calling her "b!tch" for requesting wardrobe fittings be conducted on the GA set. This is a common appeal and amongst the celebrities accomodated in the past were: George Clooney, Steve Carrell, Eva Longoria, and Jennifer Aniston. I seriously suspect Perez knows that.

Care to share? I'm curious.
One set of rumors claim the scar arose from some kind of attack. The other purports it's the remnant of the scalpel slicing through the umbilic cord that was wrapped around his head.

Hey, I asked Red about this a while back and she didn't know, but you wouldn't happen to know what his ethnic background is, would you? I think he might be Irish or something, but I could be wrong.
I've heard too he is indeed Irish and physical resembles one to me. Although by origin Knight isn't Irish it's a fairly common surname in Irish-American communities. Then again so is Guerin, Lehane, and Lahaye and those are French.
There are a few who believe he has Native American blood but I can't verify.

Lee, here's some background trivia. His father's name is Wayne Raymond and each sons carries part of in their middle names. Hence TR's older brother is Daniel Wayne. His parents must be devout Catholics because not only did they send TR to parochial school but the saint for his birthday is St. Theodore. I haven't confirmed if there's a connection but it's an interesting coincidence.

St. Theodore had his tongue cut out by a Roman emperor but miraculously survived the ordeal. It's rather eerie since his power struggle with ABC is over its efforts to silence him.

From what I'm gathering about Parade is that this will be one of the first American revivals since the 1999 Broadway edition. It played in London's West End in 2007 with Lara Pulver in the same role. The production company is based in the UK although one of the producers have a home in LA. This reminds me of a chat I had with a British pal who swore she saw TR in London on Jan 17, 2009. She said she tried to run to him but wasn't succesful. I was skeptical thinking he'd be filming and there were no announcements. Now we know he was barely used in the Feb. sweeps and there's no other public events he attended at the time.

The reason why I'm so intrigued is because I'd always thought working with the British would be his career salvation. The entertainment climate there is more open to out actors. The London stage trumps Broadway in prestige and acclaim. If he were in London it just further confirms he's smarter about his choices than he's given credit for.

Some symptoms of this horribly embarrassing medical condition include: dizziness, drooling, fainting, excessive babbling, foaming from the mouth, trembling, cheek pinching, sweating, tackle hugs, thirty compliments at a time and possible pants wetting.

Oh, and we'd all ask at the same time, "How'd you get your scar??!?!!!! "

Poor T.R. He'd be a blushing, flattered, embarrassed mess. But hey, at least he'd remember us and we'd make quite a first impression
We would be such a sight for him. I'm afraid I'd reach out and touch him and never let go. This reminds me my friend thinks we should compile our obsessive quirks about our TR/ George/ Gizzie love. So here are my three:

1) When I had a bra mishap the closest place was Target. I bought one from its higher-end line partially because the brand was Gilligan & O' Malley. People jokingly say I should show it to TR if I ever met him. Poor guy might be intimidated by a woman taking off her top to demonstrate the label.

2) If I catch "Pina Colada" on the radio I actually wait for the part in the song where he sings, "At a bar called O'Malley's, where we'll plan our escape."

3) I've accidentally called two women named Gisele, Gizzie.

4) Whenever I see T. rex I seem to focus on the letters "T" and "R."

Please tell me I'm not the only one.

Marie, I'm relieved those comments are from US Weekly because as a general entertainment and tabloid site those are probably ignorant IW fans who've never watched the show before. They only attached themselves to him through the race issue. In truth they don't really support him they just berate us into doing it. Pay them no mind. It's stupid for ABC to pay them any heed since they confess to not liking GA because EP is white and blond.

In general at this point I can't help but laugh at the haters. Afterall they got their wish what more is there to do. Each gripe gets pettier and more ridiculous. Rather than getting mad ignore it or just pity the poor dim-witted souls.

LOL, I like Robert Pattinson, but TR is much more talented IMO.

You should read the reviews for his role as Dahli.
Actually I saw Little Ashes and he needs more growth as an actor. He did try admirably and he could convey affection and eroticism between Dali and Lorca.
He should play gay again preferably with TR as they would make a cute couple.

BTW, I hope you weren't offended when I was questioning the Robert Pattinson phenomenon. I have nothing against him personally but I felt I had to dissect the arguments some use to bash TR. Frankly, it's odd to me why they should be pitted against each other.

Thank you! I have still have to go summarize a DVD segment about organ donation and persuading drivers to become one. Sounds enlightening, doesn't it?
That's a strange driving exam. Good luck.

For those of you asking, I did do a lot of acting. I actually started out as a writer. The acting part was accidental. I took a class to do something different and to get over my shyness. But it's what I ended up doing the most. I even ended up teaching it a bit. But I also wrote, directed, and other things.
That's amazing. What projects have you done in theatre.
