Once in a while Ive shipped plain couples too just because I found their story kinda cute (eg. Seth/Summer), but I wouldnt make a habit of it , since TV is about entertainment  | same here. I used to love them. another example is claire/charlie or sid/cassie.
they are cute but they don't make part of my favourite couples. i like them but I don't ship them.Its a big difference.
