For damn sure (&& Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus, but that's a whole other story entirely, but since HM debuted after HSM premiered, we can totally sway that in HSM's favor too && even the JBs since the HM episode they guest starred in premiered after the HSM2 world premiere )

They haven't been on top like this since Lizzie McGuire && Even Stevens, && even back then it still wasn't on the same level.
