Indiana Jones 5 -Shia LaBeauf recently said that Spielberg has "cracked the story" for Indy 5. Today, producer Frank Marshall says he doesn't know of this "cracked story", but does say that the script is progressing and in research mode. He also says that "we have to do this one fast". Now, a lot of people were disappointed with KOTCS, and it had it's flaws, but it was still thrilling, fun, and nostalgic to see. If everyone is on board and wants to do another, I welcome it whole heartedly. Maybe they learned from some of the problems with the last one and let Spielberg decide the final script instead of George Lucas!.
Ghostbusters 3 - Okay, not a lot of movement, but just talk of all the same stuff. Columbia Pictures has approved the story, and they are still waiting on the script to be turned in. Until then, nobody can really say or do much of anything. Ivan Reitman says he hasn't ruled out directing, but Aykroyd doesn't think he wants to do it. It will probably either be Reitman or Harold Ramis directing. |
