Amy did wear that t-shirt in the
Shoot The Moon episode during the scene whenever Harold is pimping Princeton to her and she is overwhelmed by all the hats on the table.
The other episode that Amy had on an election/vote t-shirt was in
Staking Claim during the scene with Ephram and Hannah at school as well as the lunch scene with Ephram, Hannah and her two friends.. That was a black t-shirt.
