I tend to agree with you, that it was a metaphor directed at all the kids but I also like to think that subconsciously, she connected the ocean to dreams because of Pacey and his love of it. And I also hope that years later, when Pacey watched that video with Amy, that he heard her say it and felt like she said it, in part, because of him. |
