| I don't know. On one hand, it seems so "empty" to have the characters move back and forth in time only to perform what Destiny wants them to do, but if the past can be changed to get a different outcome in the future, than much of the stuff we have known so far would be pointless.
Maybe only Desmond is the "special one" who can change things, no idea to what extent.

| I hope for something similar, but with all the "special" characters who already have some relevance for the ending of the story (Jack, Locke, Ben, Desmond, Widmore), you are left wondering if there are spots left for Sawyer, Jin, and all the other characters who were mostly in the background when Jacob, time travel, and power struggle to control the magnetic forces on the island came under the spotlight. |
