| Well, here's the thing. I love rain, but because of the massive rain system that is moving through here and the Dakotas, Fargo is in the middle of a flood warning; the river will spill its banks on Monday and Tuesday and they're preparing for a bad flood.
Grand Forks doesn't think it will be like 1997, but they're still preparing even though they have the flood wall.
Our province just upgraded the floodway around the city so we will be spared, but some of the farm communities south of the city and north of the border will be washed out. |
