moving the talk from OT thread

This is very much how I felt as it was happening. I kept waiting and waiting thinking some plot line was going to quickly twist and fix it all. As the spoilers came in, it became apparent they were going to leave it for too long (such as the very last second for java junkie fans!).

I avoided the second half of season 6 on dvd and almost didn't buy season 7 on dvd for a long time. Then one day I sat down and re-lived it all. I was very surprised - there was so many lines, gestures, nuances (mostly by Lauren) that I had missed the first time because I was so wrapped up in being upset by the plot. I have watched them many times since then, and like I said, it is all about Lauren for me now.
Yeah, I rewatched season 7 once but I still don't get the old feeling I get when I watch the first 4 seasons. I'm even not a big fan of season 5, I know I'm the only one with that opinion lol. But besides the Luke and Lorelai storyline which wasn't the most important thing for me as you may know there were a lot of boring episodes centred around zzzzzzzzzzz.... I'm sorry, one second sleep, Rory and Logan especially toward's the end. Season 2 is the best.

Buuut the very best moment of the show IMO is the hole talk in 6.02.

It's hard to stay up. It's been a long, long day. And you got the sandman at the door. But hang on, leave the TV on. And let's do it anyway, it's ok.
