| That's how I felt about it too. Generally speaking, I really liked the dress.
I think a lot of the time, I think Kelly's outfit may not translate well on television but in person it must look super cute.
The girl who sold Kelly that dress posted on Twitter that the dress looked awesome on Kelly when she tried it on.  |
