Yes they've both left. Maura was still there up until the third ep of the current season, Goran had been mostly doing random guest appearances for most of the season before..
But Luka and Abby left together, she got a job in Boston and they moved there, Luka and Joe showed up in her final episode to make it a nice happy ending.
