It's really scary, but also fun because its so different. Learning something new everyday here I still don't know how to write a check properly, but I'm working on it!
I came he with a professor from Germany and a Post-Doc so together we're trying to find out everything we need to know. It's definitely much easier than doing it alone.

Great move buying a TV! And I feel you about the dubbing - Italian dubbing is not bad, but once you listen to the original voices, it's hard to fully enjoy the show with their replacement.
I saved up a little money before I came to the US and sold some of my stuff back home. you really need a TV, especially if your addicted to so many TV shows as I am.
What do you watch besides Lost?
So you're from Italy? Should have asked sooner, I was wondering when you told me your name
