OOC: A post from Libby during the week? A rare treat indeed! Thank my lame professor who has yet to put the powerpoint up online I need to do homework with.

Constance was stunning. Reese couldn't believe that the teenage girl she had loved as one of her own was now so grown up. She was a woman, but as she stared at Reese in excitement memories of serving her and Jamie chocolate chip cookies as they studied came back into focus. She could still see the two of them teasing each other and flirting on the couch when she walked in to see how far they'd progressed on their assignment. Many parents would have scolded the duo and told them to get straight back to work, but Reese allowed them to be children. She'd teased them for being so close on the couch, of course, but she'd brought them a snack and told them to enjoy each other. She'd called Carly on the phone later that night to talk about their future family ties. Everyone knew that Jamie and Constance were a perfect match, and from what Reese had seen on the dance floor she was more than certain it'd been her son in Constance's arms. Reese was brought back into the moment when Constance's arms wrapped around her tightly. "Oh, sweetie."

Reese hugged her back with a wram smile. She'd missed Constance, and Jamie...and Port Charles. She missed her home. Once Jason's daughter had composed herself, she asked Reese how any of this was possible. She'd gone to her funeral. "It's complicated," Reese answered. It was the best she could do for the moment. She didn't want to endanger Constance by saying too much. She accepted the answer tentatively, but then her concerns went to Jamie. Had Reese spoken with her son yet? If he didn't know she was alive they had to go to him. "I saw him on the Haunted Star a few weeks ago, Constance. I don't think he believed it was me really. He's probably convinced himself I was an illusion by now." Constance didn't want him to know otherwise now. Her run in with him had been accidental and if the people watching her knew Jamie had spotted her, well, she didn't want to consider what might happen. "How is he Constance?" Reese wanted to know everything about her son, even if she couldn't directly ask him herself. Constance knew him better than anyone. "How's your life together?" Reese asked, nodding towards the wedding band on Constance's left hand. "Are you two happy?"
