whats the episode where kelso is always able to smile when he takes the first step off the hospital and then at the end of the episode it shows him stepping off and he doesnt smile?

I'm looking for a specific scene, and i just can't remember in which episode it is. Maybe you guys can help me out.

The scene starts with Dr. Cox and Jordan entering the hospital.
Jordan then says goodbye in an unusual friendly way (something like "Have a nice day sweetie" if i remember correctly). Cox, who simply can't take being "normal", then goes to the counter, and uses the movable part of the counter to bang it against his head.

Any idea?
