What an AMAZING episode! Definitely one of my favorite Lost episodes EVER!
First things first . . . Sawyer. To me, he made the episode. When he saw Kate in the jungle . . . his reaction to it and the fact that he couldn't shake that reaction . . . hearbreaking, beautiful. I loved the parallel when he said that she was gone, and how at the beginning Kate said that Sawyer was gone.
I love Sawyer and Juliet AS FRIENDS.
Nosebleed stuff . . . not good. Not good at all. These people need some constants! Or something. I'm not really good at theorizing.
Jin is alive! I'm so happy. Sun is so creepy right now!

Man, they had me fooled with the whole "client" thing. I should've known Ben was plotting and scheming the entire time and that Claire's mother wasn't the one behind it.
