Well, you may be pissed about all those things, but not everyone feels that way.
I for one am very pleased the title is about Aaron, pleased that Jate are going to share their first intimate moment post-breakup and pleased that Kate is on mainland and continuing to behave like the-matured-and-maternal
Kate that she now is (3 years is quite enough time to change!). That's just my opinion, though, as is yours.
