A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET - Unfortunatley, it seems that Platinum Dunes has gotten the green light for their Elm Street re-make. They say they would like to start shooting by March, but things are still in the earliest possible stages. It was also said that they plan to shoot around Chicago. Now, I love Chicago(thanks to John Hughes), but this means different street, and a different house. Don't like it. Also, Robert Englund is definitley not Freddy, but they would like him to be in the movie in some way. The only good thing they said was that they wanted to go back to the original and wanted the movie to be, as they put it, "pee your pants scary". |
