I have been asked whether there would be interest of people coming to see Scott’s work – view at his artwork; share in his poetry and short-stories. Scott would be there to sign autographs and have pictures taken with him as well. We are trying to brainstorm some ideas.
A poet too? I shouldn't be surprised anymore by what "our" renaissance man can do. As for interest in seeing Scott's artwork and reading or sharing his written work, all I can say is HELL YES! I am an active reader of poetry, essays, short stories, novels, etc., and I cannot overstate how much I would like to read something by Scott.

I personally don't care about autographs (wouldn't turn one down but wouldn't seek one out either). A picture would be nice but there would probably need to be a medical unit on standby in case of heart attacks (at least in my case...).

I think the best idea may be the least feasible; the small group settings to view and discuss his art and writings would be wonderful. I also think having his own website would be great. He has a nice, symbiotic thing going on with , but I think it's best for him to be in control of the situation.

Thanks for the exciting information, Deborah! I'm so happy you were able to confirm that he saw his birthday book. I sure hope it brought a smile to his face considering what he was going through with his mom.
