| Well all I know is, if Denny can feed on Izz, he's gonna be the happy one here  cos no matter what, I say Izz is not going to hurt Alex like she did before with Denny by being all happy, she might keep him out of this ( but for his good ) she has seen him go through with Ava, he said he was so pissed that he can't even breath, Izz knows him, and loves him, she wouldn't want him go through that again, and with Izz being the gf, I guess Alex would be even worse 
You said somebody will be hurt, my point is, even if she leaves him for his own good, she won't be happy..until they solve this problem together both would be unhappy!
