Yeah, I think he just felt trapped.
In a way, I'm glad he's moved on. Gives Jess more of a legacy, kind of.
But it's WEIRD for the show to be without him after such an impact.
I personally don't like to think about the possibility that he might've hated Jess.
Gonna add that I don't think he did, because he HAD agreed to do the spinoff. And that would've meant even more intensive Jess. Ya know?
