| Thanks for the link! I left a comment there now, and I just have to say how ridiculous it is to see an entertainment writer from EW (or anywhere else for that matter) basically campaigning to get any show cancelled. Of course, he's entitled to his opinion, but shows like PP give him something to write about and keep him in a job. So any show that sparks a reason to either rant or rave should be one he wants to see continue.
Again, his opinion and disliking PP is one thing, but hoping it gets cancelled and outright trying to make that happen is going WAY too far. I'm probably not making much sense to anyone, but I guess it's best to just ignore this article because the less attention we give it the less chance there is of EW actually accomplishing anything with it. Actually, I hope his comments have the opposite effect and get people curious enough to really watch the show, because at the end of the day, that’s what will keep it on the air regardless of his opinion.
Personally, I thought PP had a great premiere. The cases were interesting and it held my attention even better than the GA premiere, which says a lot coming from someone who still loves Greys. I honestly wouldn’t mind having Addison back on Greys either, but at the same time I want to see PP get the chance to become successful on its own. Kate and the rest of the cast deserve that, especially after the strike took a toll on any momentum it had going in terms of developing a fanbase last season. __________________ -Marissa
