When Ray asks his patient "did you tell her how you feel" my heart was breaking. And we haven't gotten to fresh water chestnuts yet....

ETA - Oh god. Just had the we both know why line. Crying like a baby. Ray's face is just so sad. I think I thought that somehow this time it might turn out differently. Daft huh?
