There's actually several scenario's for a tie of course, but one that I see as more likely than the one proposed on CNN is if the states aleady colored in my opening electoral map image go as planned(Obama=175; McCain=174) & the remaining states go as followed:
CO(9)= Obama VA(13)= McCain NM(5)= Obama NC(15)= McCain MN(10)= Obama OH(20)= McCain MI(17)= Obama NH(4)= McCain IA(7)= Obama NV(5)= McCain WI(10)= Obama FL(27)= McCain PA(21)= Obama MO(11)= McCain NJ(15)= Obama

I sure wish I lived in NH right now as opposed to MA.  My vote would suddenly have meaning for once!  You could also flip NH & NV for Obama & CO for McCain & reach a tie that way. And according to the polls these are VERY plausible scenarios!
