I still don't think there has been actual confirmation of Jack and Sam being together but there has been little teasing things that makes it seem like they just might be. I don't know if anything was mentioned during her stint on Atlantis though. I'm going with yes, yes they are.  | On screen actual confirmation--ie more than hints--nope, none so far. (Though some of the hints are pretty strong). See Jennifer's list for the circumstantial evidence.
Most of the SG guys are pretty good looking--Cam no exception. I like all the hints they give about Cam and Dr. Lam. (Watch S9 w/commentary and you'll see more the second time around).
