| Quote: | I don't really wanna harp on the Hannah situation much longer since a lot of you seemed to have discussed it quite a bit, I just want to say that I believe the girls jumped the gun a little bit and just got offended way too fast & easily. And I did not care for how they were talking to her or how they approached her about the situation at all. It could have been handled a lot more maturely then a callout with all the girls present. | I agree that the situation escalated but Hannah's comments only became worse as the episode went on. I think initially, for Sheena, Hannah pushing Isis didn't sit well with her, so they had the conversation and Hannah's comments didn't sit well with her (they wouldn't have with me) but the more she and Britney talked about it (and included others) the more the situation escalated so that the confrontation with Hannah was mishandled. But Hannah also didn't take it well. If someone said something like that to me, I'd be like let's discuss this, let me explain myself, but she says thank you for the critique and then calls them a gang, which is not only stereotyping but offensive.
Ultimately, I think Hannah is prejudiced but mostly due to ignorance not maliciousness. But yes, the other girls could have also handled it better. __________________ .shanna. ♥ “If you become frightened, instead become inspired." ♥ Craig/Manny|Cesar/Nadia|Brooke-Lucas-Lindsey|Harry/Hermione|Ana-Lucia|Lauren&LO!
