What are some stories/relationships/friendships that you feel should have been shown more?

A couple for me:

I always liked the interaction between Harold and Ephram and thought that they could have shown more of that.

I thought that they should have had more of Amy and Delia together - The families were close, Amy/Ephram, yet we never really saw them bond too much
