Me too! For example - evil Vampire falls in love with Vampire Slayer or... Human falls for Sparkly bloodsucker and then with Jack and Sam you have the fact that it's illegal for them to be together.

Oh and I totally wouldn't mind them getting together at any point career or no career. I just want my Jack/Sam-ness.
