In Oz they do sometimes, yet it was not live - we are in 2008, that concert was from the last tour here in 2006. Triple J is run by the Australian Government and is for the youth.

This broadcast is still able to be streamed and captured for the next 4 days to make a better quality version than I made using radio waves on my radio plugged into my capture card plugged into my old PC...
