I dont think it would be that much in Adelaide... but I dont rent... so I wouldnt know 
I'm still at home trying to save for a deposit. The goal is to have $24,000 in 2 years time and then the 1st home owners grant on top of that!
I'm from S.A.... which... I dont know any comparisons to the US |
