W.A (my state) is bigger than Texas in its size.
My crappy rental house I am in is $360PW rent and it has blocked drains, holes in walls, doors that don't close, broken locks etc etc etc - A real piece of crap! My net wage is $480PW so, yes, rent is expensive in Perth atm.
