My favourite episodes:
Season One: Gotta agree with the poster that said Witness. I love how Lois doesn't want him to leave her too
Beautiful. But I love all of this season cause it's the beginning
Season 2 Probably 'That Old Gang of Mine' because Lois's grief was so heartbreaking and powerful. You could see how much she loved Clark
The scene when she comes into the Planet after Clark's 'death' is just gutting.
Season 3 I actually adore the 'goodbye' scene at the planet. I love angsty moments and this still makes me cry every single time. It's beautiful yet heartbreaking as Superman lingers and focuses on Lois as he departs.
Season 4 I like the episodes when Lois is in jail. Clark's determination to rescue her is wonderful.
He loves her so much
