| Board Rules, Birthdays & Introductions - Please Read & Respond

First and foremost, we're glad you decided to join in on the fun, and we hope to see you posting actively 
Like everything in life, this site also has its rules and regulations. Our board also has some rules: + READ BEFORE POSTING + We have a very updated and informative board guide, so before starting a new thread please make sure a similiar thread doesn't already exist. If you have any Idol related news you'd like to share, don't post them at a new thread - visit the news thread. + ANTI THREADS + We have a general anti-thread in which you can post, but we do request to keep it strictly professional [no bashing the person, you can comment on their voice and attitude on the show]. Anti threads for specific performers are not allowed. + AVATARS & SIGNATURES + Again, nothing that bashes the contestants themselves and obviously not their fans. Spoilers in avatars/signatures are not allowed as well. + BASHING + No bashing other posters, fan bases or real people [judges, producers]. This may not be a dangerous board that has shipper wars, but we do need to cover everything + QUOTING PICTURES + Please no quoting pictures as it takes away from the Fan Forum bandwidth. You may upload the pictures to a server which you choose and post them. + SPOILERS + Spoilers aren't really a big deal on American Idol, so you can post spoilers on the spoilers & speculations thread. Episode discussion threads do not require spoiler tags. + STAY ON TOPIC + Keep chatting type conversations down to a minimum on the discussion threads on our forum, as they detract from legitimate discussions. Now, we're certainly not asking you all to refrain from saying "hey" to all your buddies on the boards, but please do not make that the entirety of your post. If, at the moment, you really can't add something constructive and relevant to the topic of the thread, then we ask that you wait until you can. Being off topic includes hi, hello and how are you doing? in a single post and posting only smilies.
Just keep the discussions on topic about the person the thread is dedicated to. + DOUBLE POSTS + Try not to double post. If you have anything to add after posting your post, please edit your post and add it.
