| People here are angry that he has been charged with second degree murder and not first. It's second because they have yet to prove that it was premeditated; if they can prove it, the charge will be moved to first.
With his lack of remorse and not talking to anyone, he will be undergoing pyschiatric evaluation soon, but first the judge is giving him a time frame to aquire legal counsel. If he doesn't by the deadline, he will undergo the evaulation and trial will proceed. |
