Poddy, I'm so glad you had a nice time with your friends and their kids. (For some reason I thought they were high school friends of yours from the Boardwalk? But I was certainly wrong about that!

How did you meet these friends? Just wondering.

Loved the pictures you took too! Your beachhouse is just beautiful! And your friends look really nice too!

MOTHER's beachhouse was on the East Coast, so a lot of good that would do me now since I'm on the West Cosat, but it would have been nice as a kid to go. (sigh)

Anyway, speaking of MOTHER, she's slowly on the mend... still hobbling and giving orders. (sigh) I'll be glad when she's all better and can go back to HER house. Isn't that awful to say... it's just that when she wants something,.. she wants it NOW, no matter what! (sigh)

Sounds like Grandma is very independent, but she has to realize she does have limits too. It's tough to get old and have face that fact.

And I'm also worried about the economy... Geesh, peeps are loosing their homes left and right... so much so that even Congress has even noticed and are acting on it, (which is a 1st!). We need help in a Mighty way.

And yes, Twilight does sort of have that Roswell Theme, loosely. Gosh, with all this talk of the Twilight series, I just may have to pick it up and read it for myself as I'm being v e r y tempted. LOL!
