The first time I saw it...I can't really remember. I remember the first time I heard of it though, my two sisters were watching a pirated copy of it so the beginning was darker than usual (and you know that's quite bad already!) and when it came to the scene where it was all white - I think Neo just swallowed the pill - and they were like, "
ahh! Light!"
but I remember that I was blown away when I watched it. Though I probably didn't understand it when I first saw it, it's a complex movie.
