For me, the tops has become Mischa Barton. I know she's still really young, but what she's done has been amazing. She's so underrated too, at least imo. She's just so versatile.
I agree with that statement about Dakota being incredible when she was a kid, just imagine how much she's gonna blow things out of the park when she's an adult, or even now, going into her teen years.
I also think Marion Cotillard, Rachel McAdams, Natalie Portman, Alisson Pill, Evangeline Lilly, Sophia Bush, Jennifer Garner, Dakota Fanning, Susan Surandon, Laura Linney, Meryl Streep, Charlize Theron, America Fererra, etc, are also amazing talents.
