Yeah, I agree about loving the hair in all of those, because it still looks like it's kind of clumped in sections more, not just completely straight and flat against her head, where you can't see her forehead at all!

As for the dress, it's not awful, but I think my issue is not so much that the bottom flares out, but where it cuts across her body, it makes her look short-waisted and like she's got big hips. I think if the waist was slightly lower and it still flared out, it would look fantastic! Seriously, I need to be her seamstress (and know how to sew), so I can 'fix' her dresses, since half the time they just need a little tweaking so her dresses look as great as she does!
