Josh and Katie adlibbed so many adorable things to PJ that made them even cuter if that was possible

This is another scene I love in that epi

Joey: Don't worry. He's on a one-day pass from the asylum. But...in all fairness, I should let you know that I will be writing a letter to the home office about this.

Clerk: You will?

Joey: Yeah. Because this store... is perfect just the way it is. Don't change a thing.

I love how she uses the store metaphore to say that Pacey was perfect for her and that night with him made her realize how much she had really missed him. I love when she says you don't have to change a thing

She knew Pacey and his flaws and she couldn't help but love him, and she knew their relationship wasn't a walk in the park, but the good always outweight the bad and you can say they were truly happy that morning, they were PJ together again
