11. Because he never thought she was shallow, just that she was human.
That was my absolute favorite moment from Season 1, when he says that to her while he was waiting to go on stage at the beauty competition. The way he looks at her and really sees that she is more than just some beautiful eye candy from NY but a real person with real feelings.  |
