Cordy had changed so much by s4, with the training, I don't think she would have minded Faith in the hotel the way she was supposed to mind her in Angel's apartment s1  | ITA and she had a pretty good reason for not wanting her there or at least wanting to be there with her s1 but by s4 (sans jasmine/evil cordy arc which was  ) she had changed enough that she would have wanted to help her, i am not so sure about the makeover thing though cause she never tried it with fred but i can see her suggesting color or picking at faith about how she dressed esp after they become friends.
