New Kid in Town: One Tree Hill's sixth season will soon begin filming and with that comes word of a new character joining the show. I'm told that a 15-year-old foster kid, whom they're calling Samantha, will play a significant role this year. A source says she's a bit of a "Miss Sassy Pants," but will soften in subsequent episodes. __________________ Brooke to Peyton on LP: You’re Peyton Sawyer.
