What an emotional episode

This was a great episode. I loved the beginning where House knew that Wilson didn't have his doctor hat on and was telling him to focus.

The switch from House's subconscince to his life was well done. I was thinking for a moment surely him and Amber didn't get together and I'm sooo glad they didn't. The House/Wilson scenes were just brilliant and the Wilson/Amber scenes tore me up at the end, yes I did cry. It was so emotional and brilliantly portrayed.

Thirteen look like she was hanging on a thread with her job and good to hear some history of Kutner's. Did love the Wuddy scene as well, both of them. Poor House though, wanting to stop the pain and for it all to end , but he knew he had to carry on.

It's leaves now lots of questions for the next season. Must say I was surprised that we saw a positive test for Thirteen and where the hell foes this H/W friendship go now, and the end scene with Amber's note broke me heart. Very curious now how S5 is going to go....

Only downside for the whole episode was no Cameron

Other than that, great and emotional eppy. RSL and Hugh need Emmy's for those two eppy's.
