One correction to Andrea's post: please send letters to jdgiftproject (at) gmail.com digitally and not in the physical form to Andrea. There's enough room in the book and I wouldn't like to give a half empty book (and have a bag of letters), or have to glue in all sorts of stuff on the friday of the con.
