| At Thursday night's after-party for the première of How to Lose Friends and Alienate People - based on the misadventures of British journalist Toby Young in New York - actress Mischa Barton was in two minds. "These villa bashes are amazing," she said, struggling to be heard over the strains of the Gorillaz, who were DJ-ing from beside a floodlit pool. "But there is something so magical about being on a boat."
