Talk to the press, etc.etc. We don't know how much time passed between her getting off the plane and then going to court.
I just remembered how Sun was telling off her dad, saying how he was one of the two people who killed Jin. Who was the other?  Well, she holds two people responsible.. maybe nobody actually killed him. Does the boat explode?!
