So while you guys are talking about Twilight I think I should chip in. I'm sorry, everyone, but I tried to read it... I lasted one chapter and I had to give up. And then later I skipped to the middle, after Bella and Edward meet, to see if it got any better, but it didn't. It's just, this is a YA book isn't it? A long one, and packaged to look like an adult book (the cover and all anyway) but it feels like a book for teenagers. It's just really bad writing. And Bella is really annoying. I can't go on reading it, let alone the other books in the series - sorry, guys!

And I watched the trailer for the movie. It looks like one of those big blockbuster productions that doesn't interest me at all, but I'm probably biased because of the book. And about Robert Pattinson, I thought he was cute as Cedric in the HP movies I've seen (haven't seen them all) but here I don't find him attractive at all here

He just seems a bit too creepy and stalkerish for me. There's only so much of Bella and Edward staring into each other's eyes that I can take - not because I'm anti-E/B (I haven't even read enough of the book to be anti or pro anything except being, you know, anti-Twilight) but because it's just creepy man.

So... my two cents. Please don't kill me?
