| Quote: | That is my fear as well. This year has sucked for Sawyer screentime. And any so called "romantic moments" won't be because we've seen the future and know it doesn't mean much. Unless their moment is beyond the future of snbh. Ha! Could that be the donkey kong whatever they're calling it finale gotcha? | There are a lot of speculations that the "super secret scene" is indeed Sawyer showing up on mainland in the future. The writers themselves, in some interviews, have mentioned how after this finale there could come a time where the story won't need flashes anmore.
I doubt it though, because 1) if Sawyer or all the people we think were left behind would show up in the future, it would be a repeat of last year WTF; and 2) even if it were only Sawyer showing up in the future, and for a one time thing 8maybe to introduce the Orchid as a time travel machine or something like that), didn't they already used the trick with Ben in 4x09? Quote: | Why wouldn't anyone greet Kate - Sam, mother, Tom's wife to blame her for his death, Kevin for lying and leaving him, Cassidy - girl power... but no, they have to play up the sympathy because people didn't really react well to her having Aaron. | Probably they're showing a sign that her loneliness plays a part in how attached she will become to Aaron, to the point of completely see him as her son. She won't even have Jack before the trial is done. __________________ "Audiences are a lot smarter than studios give them credit for. They don't want clichés shoved down their throats."
